The activities of Ramakrishna Math, Simultala are centered on universal human welfare.
Religion, in its true sense, is not confined to rituals or narrow boundaries; rather, love for
humanity, compassion, and selfless service constitute the essence of true religion. This
philosophy forms the guiding principle of all the Math’s activities.
Inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, the Math places the highest importance
on man-making education and character building.
